Terms of Service

Castle Moon Gear is a personal, single-user application. These Terms exist to satisfy platform verification requirements and to document the basis on which the Owner operates the application for themself.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Castle Moon Gear (the "Application"), a software project built and used exclusively by its Owner. The Application is not offered to the public, and these Terms are not an offer to contract with any other party.

2. Single-user application

The Application is designed, deployed, and used solely by its Owner to enrich the Owner's own digital life. It is not intended for use by any other individual, and no accounts, access, or support are provided to third parties.

3. Acceptable use

The Owner will use the Application, and any connected accounts or services it accesses, in compliance with the applicable terms of those services (including Google's Terms of Service and API policies) and all applicable laws.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind. As a personal project, it may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

Because the Application is built and operated by its Owner for the Owner's own use, the Owner assumes full responsibility and risk for its operation. No liability is extended to any third party, as none are intended users of the Application.

6. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be revised as the Application evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
