Castle Moon Gear is a personal application built, owned, and operated by a single individual (the "Owner") solely for the Owner's own private use. It is not distributed to, or intended for use by, any other person.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Castle Moon Gear handles data. Because the application has exactly one user — its Owner — every reference to "your data" below refers to the Owner's own accounts and information.

2. Data the application accesses

Castle Moon Gear may connect to the Owner's own Google Account and other personal services in order to read, organize, or act on data the Owner already owns (for example, files, calendar events, or account details) for the sole purpose of enriching the Owner's own digital experience. Access is limited to what the application needs to perform the specific function the Owner has configured it for.

3. How data is used

Data is used exclusively to operate features for the Owner, on the Owner's own devices and infrastructure.
Data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Data is never provided to any third party except where strictly required to operate a feature the Owner has explicitly enabled (for example, a service the application integrates with on the Owner's behalf).
No data is used to train third-party machine learning models.

4. Data storage and retention

Any data retrieved is stored only as long as needed for the application to function and is kept under the Owner's direct control. The Owner may delete stored data at any time by removing it from the application's storage or revoking the application's access to connected accounts.

5. Third-party access

Because Castle Moon Gear has a single user who is also its Owner and operator, there are no other end users whose data could be exposed. No other individual or organization is granted access to data processed by this application.

6. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect any credentials and data the application handles, including restricting access to the Owner's own devices and accounts.

This policy may be updated as the application evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
